On 5/3/2026, Troopers conducted a traffic stop on Dawson Road and contacted the driver, Charles Alvarez. An investigation revealed several indicators of intoxication by narcotics, he was arrested and his blood was draw with a warrant. The investigation is ongoing and he was remanded to FCC.
